If school is starting, that means it's time for another handprint for the board! Every year we start the school year with Ledger putting a paint handprint on the six foot board we have. We've been doing this since he was first going into preschool, putting one new hand print each year. Looking down the board, you can see his hand growing a little bit more each year. This is the sixth print on the board so far- only eight more to go! His color pick this year is purple. After the print is done he did the usual: paint his face and body! I figure if I'm going to make him do this every year, at least he should be able to have fun with it! Once he's covered himself with war paint, its definitely bath time. He washed it all off and got himself ready for bed. The tub is purple, he is exhausted after his first day, and all is right with the world.
