this memorial day weekend has a lot of meaning for my family: its the beginning of the sandy pines season, its the anniversary of diana and my engagement, and its papa's birthday! we didn't want to miss the fun out at the pines, so we trekked up to grand rapids and joined the family fun. one of my favorite parts of the start of summer at sandy pines is the flea market, so we made sure to get there in time to wander the flea! last time we had been there we were pushing a stroller, so it was pretty cool to go this time with a boy who was old enough to walk through on his own! we picked up a few things while we were there and had a great time. with papa's birthday ahead, we didn't dally for too long- we had work to do!
