diana and i both agreed that we didn't want to go nuts with a cake. in fact, we didn't even have one out on display. we had some cake, but it was just the sheet cake that everyone was going to eat after the meal. we didn't bother with one of those fancy shmancy cakes that look good, taste bad, and cost hundreds of dollars.when it came time to have the cake, we didn't have any sort of formal cutting or anything like that. the cake just came out after the meal and we dug in! we did feed each other a small piece of it though, but there was no cake in the face or anything. i had been given very strict instructions that i was not allowed to mess up her make-up...
the cake sure was good though!
