tuesday afternoon we left downtown and headed over the some of the more recognizable touristy places. we drove down and found a parking garage, which turned out to be just below the kodak theater! we came up through the doors and found ourselves next to the grand staircase of the kodak! i was quite excited to be able to see this place- its where they hold the oscars every year (which i am slightly obsessed with...). i got to see the street that they close down and cover with a red carpet which all the famous people walk through on their way to almost certain disappointment. they had engraved on its walls all the best picture winners since they first begun 80 years ago.
