Getting Fixed

We were pretty persistent with the animal rescue place- we wanted Wiggins as soon as possible! They kept pushing out his neutering due to their surgeon getting sick. We talked them in to letting us take him home anyway (shelter rules state that you cannot adapt an animal until it has been neutered) and bringing him back when the surgeon was better. Finally, about two weeks later, we brought him back and got his business taken care of. We were told to try and cover his area so that he wouldn't tear it open again. We tried to improvise and pulled out some of the old baby clothes that Ledger never used. Though they didn't fit very well they were outrageously cute! We tried a few other solutions and eventually figured out a way to keep him safe and able to heal. Now that we've got that over with, he is officially ours to keep!
