Even with the pandemic still raging on, that's not going to stop us from getting ready for Halloween! As it gets nearer, we hopped in the car to do our annual tradition: getting pumpkins from Gene, the pumpkin man! About a half hour away there is a pumpkin farm run by a guy name Gene. He has clearly been obsessed with pumpkins all his life because they live on this pumpkin farm and have painted their barn orange, have an orange car, and a bunch of sculptures and stuff that are all pumpkin related! Gene himself is always there greeting everyone and thanking them for visiting. We picked out two of the best pumpkins we could find, along with a few little gourds for decoration, and loaded them into the car. Thanks Gene, for getting us in the Halloween spirit!
