Taller

We don't know exactly when it happened. Maybe we weren't paying close enough attention to it. Nonetheless, we realized it today: our son is taller than his mother! What?!? How did this happen? He's not old enough! Diana is far from short- he's not supposed to be taller than her, is he?

Well, it turns out that against or strong objections, Ledger continues to grow up. Our adorable little guy is no longer little (he's still adorable though!). He has shot up over the past few months, and his voice keeps getting deeper and deeper. Before we know it, he will be a full-grown man! Diana and I are going to have to do some real soul searching to make peace with this idea, that our little boy is growing up to be a great man. The old adage is true: the days are long, but the years are short!
