Makin' Pancakes

As our boy gets bigger and bigger, he is starting to take on more responsibilities. One of them is making his own food. We decided to challenge him to make dinner for all of us. Pancake time!

We went downstairs and got the griddle (we don't use it very often...), mixed up the batter, and let him try making a fresh batch of hot cakes. I gave him some tips to know when to flip them, and off he went. He made all the rest of the mix and they turned out great! We ate really good that night, thanks to our newest chef! 

I guess he's ready for a more challenging menu next time...
