no phone home

about a month ago i had some problems with my new phone. i went to check the time, opened it up, and was met with a screen of crazy color static (kind of like the black and white snow fuzz, but with colors). i was a bit confused, but let the phone battery die and then plugged it back in for a recharge. soon after it returned to its normal self. only a scare. well, last night it did it again! i tried the same technique, but this time to no avail. its truly dead. God rest its soul. i went to the phone place today to look into a replacement (its still under warranty), and called for a new one. it doesnt come until friday, so i guess im phoneless until then. i hate to admit it, but thats going to be tough on me!
